Objectives:

• Know the limitations of Pap smear screening and apply appropriately
• Understand the role of HPV in lower genital tract (cervical) dysplasia and cancer, as well as current screening recommendations
• Manage abnormal cytology with 2006 consensus guidelines
• Follow 2006 consensus colposcopy triage rules and choose appropriate treatment
