Drew Hundley, M.D. Assistant Professor, Obstetrics and Gynecology The Ohio State University School of Medicine and Public Health Objectives: § Differentiate between genitourinary and other causes of incontinence § Follow ACOG guidelines for complete evaluation including history, physical, and POP-Q § Understand the basic components of urodynamic testing § Recognize situations in which referral is appropriate o Recurrent disease, prior surgery, previous radiation, neurologic disease, complex anatomic issues § Consider some form of urodynamics when contemplating surgical intervention or certainty exists regarding diagnosis |
