A representative will contact you concerning payment. Cancellations received by fax or
phone will be refunded less a $100.00 administrative fee. After October 14, 2011
cancellations must be in writing and will be processed after the conference.
Cancellations will not be refunded after the start of the course. Course fees
include online testing, online access to independent study, evening sessions,
syllabus, breakfast, breaks, credit certificate (evening sessions and online study
are contingent on which package you order).
