What is the Board Package? The Board Package includes Urogynecologic Case Discussion, Gynecologic Oncology Case Discussion, Obstetric Case Discussion, Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Case Discussion, Tips for the Oral Board, David Colombo'sTrip to Dallas, Small Group Discussion about Oral Boards and Online access to independent study. These sessions are geared toward the ob/gyn physician who is preparing for the boards, are interactive, and will ease your anxiety about taking the oral board exam. You can purchase the whole package for $550.00 or by topic, each for $150.00.
Why can't I receive the syllabus ahead of time? It isn't ready before the CME conference. The printer delivers the syllabus to the conference center the day before the course begins.
Who is taking the course and why? Around 300 obstetricians and gynecologists from across the United States of America attend this conference. This conference is for any ob/gyn physician who needs a thorough update and review.
What is the cut off date for registering? The course has filled quickly in the past, so registration is on a first come-first serve basis. If you need to register at a later date, then let the staff know and we will work with you.
When is the fee due for the course? The fee is due in full at the time of registration.
Who is eligible for a discount? A 10% discount is available to retired physicians, nurses, active military personnel, residents, those in fellowship programs and previous attendees. The discount is only available if you are attending the full course. A letter from your department head is required at the time of registration (for military, residents and fellowships). Previous attendees must have paid for a full course in the past 5 years.
What are your cancellation policies? Cancellations received by fax, phone or letter will be refunded less a $100.00 administrative fee. Cancellations will not be refunded after the start of the conference.
What is the difference between the two courses? The Columbus Comprehensive Review lasts 8 days, the Florida course lasts 7 days. Both courses offer mock exams for a $200.00 fee. Specifically, Columbus offers Gyn Onc, REI, and Ob Case Discussions as well as tips for the Oral Boards. There are also 10.50 more CME credits in Columbus than Florida. Review both of the schedules to see which course better fits your needs.
